I was directly commissioned by the book's author to oversee the entire process, from conception to printing. In my role, I personally supervised the graphic design project, also taking care of the creation of infographics and coordinating all stages of the project. With the key objective of creating an innovative and groundbreaking project in the field of food publishing, I worked closely with my esteemed colleague Antonella Ficarra, dedicating myself fully to its realization.
The book was presented by Eataly in Milan, and during the event the renowned Antonella Clerici, who also wrote the foreword for the book, enthusiastically participated along with Fulvio Marino in the presentation.
